• In addition to the main ingredient sodium chloride, our fine salt contains numerous important minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, selenium, manganese and iron. The content of iron or iron oxides is responsible for the reddish colour of the salt.
• Our delicatessen salt products are natural, vegan and have not been chemically or radiationally treated. The salt is free from artificial additives, the degradation and crushing are only done mechanically.
• The original crystal salt is approx. 250 million years old and is mined in the lowlands on the edge of the Himalayas. For the best quality, we refer to our certificate of origin for the authenticity and purity of our delicatessen salts.
• Ideal as a table salt for seasoning your food as well as for soothing healing baths. The natural salt has an excellent, mild taste.
• Did you know that herbs and spices are often subjected to X-rays for preservation? Despite limit values, the Federal Office for Consumer Protection ensures numerous samples annually that exceed the permissible maximum values. That's why we offer you only natural salt.
